Lobbying and Government Affairs

Through its active Government Affairs Committee and with the guidance of our legislative consultant, NYSMCA monitors state legislation and regulatory actions to assess the impact on messengers, couriers and delivery companies in New York State. When directed by the Board, NYSMCA participates actively in the legislative process to help ensure that the needs of our industry are taken into account. NYSMCA is equipped to tackle legislative issues on a proactive basis rather than a reactive basis.
