John V. Rutigliano is the Vice President of Operations and Information
Technology for A-1 International, Inc. Mr. Rutigliano started with the
company in 1983 running a local New York City messenger office. Since that
time the company has grown from a small office in New York and New Jersey
to brick and mortar locations in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and
Michigan in addition to operations in six other markets. A-1 International,
Inc. offers local same day messenger and trucking services, warehouse,
logistic and fulfillment services and scheduled and distribution services.
In addition to those services, Mr. Rutigliano is responsible for the
operations of A-1 Office Services Management, which is a management
outsourcing company that was established in 1987. In 2005, Mr. Rutigliano
was given the additional responsibility of overseeing the Information
technology for the company.
Mr. Rutigliano is now in his second term on the New York State Messenger
and Courier (NYSMCA) Board of Directors. He is a graduate of New York
University’s Stern Business School and received his Master’s in 1995
from Wagner College, which was the inaugural year of their Executive MBA
program.
Mr. Rutigliano lives in New Jersey with his wife Nicole and their three
children.

Early in his career, Larry developed a passion for business as he managed a
popular five-star restaurant in historic Bay Ridge. Combining his hands-on
experience with a valuable academic foundation, Mr. Zogby earned a Bachelor
of Arts in Finance and Management from the College of Staten Island. After
graduating in 1986, he inherited RDS Same Day Delivery Service from his
father Mitchell Zogby Jr., who bought the business in 1973.
For over 30 years, Mr. Zogby has taken the family business under his wing
to make RDS Delivery a recognized and premier courier service company. As a
native New Yorker, he relied on his roots to develop the most comprehensive
and professional delivery network in the New York metropolitan and
tri-state area.
Outside of work, Mr. Zogby is an accomplished magician who has used his
talents to bring laughter and joy to hospitals and charitable events. He
shares his compassionate and energetic spirit with legendary magician and
RDS client David Copperfield, who instills hope and comfort in the hearts
of the disabled through his own Project Magic.

Born in New York City, Mitchell Newman began working in his family’s
business in 1961 at the age of eight years old. The business grew from a
small Manhattan candy store on First Avenue to where it is today, the
largest, independently owned, newspaper/magazine home delivery service in
the country. Everyday six hundred contractors distribute over 150,000
publications to the front door of residents in New York City and
Westchester County.
In 2002, Mitchell’s NY Logistics expanded with the purchase of DataMovers
Messenger and Courier Service. Focusing on the metro New York region,
eighty messengers and forty drivers move an envelope to a truckload from
Connecticut to Philadelphia. In 2008, the company began providing
warehousing services for clients.
Mr. Newman has been a member of the New York State Messenger and Courier
Association (NYSMCA) since 2004 and became a Board member in 2010.

Recognized as an industry leader by introducing innovative solutions to the
same-day delivery and logistics industry, Jay Waldman has over 30 years of
senior management experience with a background as an entrepreneur and
senior executive responsible for the success of well-known industry
firms.
Mr. Waldman was founder and president of Contemporary Courier, Inc. and led
the company to notable success prior to its purchase by U.S. Delivery
Systems. U.S. Delivery Systems not only purchased Contemporary Courier,
they also invited Mr. Waldman to take on a key leadership role where he was
responsible for the integration and assimilation of over 20 acquired
companies. He was later selected for senior management positions with
Corporate Express including President for the Northeast Region and, after
its purchase, became Chief Operating Officer of Velocity Express.
Today Mr. Waldman remains actively involved in industry associations and
plays a key role in the overall direction, new market development and
operations of Select Express & Logistics.

Michael Turek is the Regional Vice President of the Northeast US region of
TForce. Through leadership and direction, he oversees the client relations
and operational functions for the Northeast markets.
Mr. Turek's background with the company has spanned more than 20 years and
has included both sales and operations roles, perfectly setting him up for
his current role. He graduated with a BS in Business Management from The
College of New Jersey School of Business. Mike has held key management
roles in operations and finance with Edison Parking Corporation, New York
Document Exchange and NYDEX.
Mr. Turek enjoys golfing, college sports and spending vacations on the
beach with his family.

Mark Chiusano graduated from Jacksonville University with majors in both
Business and Economics and received a minor in Finance Administration. In
1998, Mr. Chiusano was selected as a finalist in the Ernst & Young
nationally sponsored Entrepreneur of the Year program. He was elected to
the Board of Directors of the Messenger Courier Association of the Americas
(MCAA) in 1999. He served the MCAA in a variety of roles including
President, Vice President, Treasurer, Convention Committee Chair and
Executive Leadership Series Chair. Mr. Chiusano was instrumental in
creating an "alignment" with the National Federation of Independent
Business (NFIB) who assists the MCAA in its lobbying efforts and has
expanded its membership benefits program.
Mr. Chiusano volunteers his time to the New York State Messenger &
Courier Association (NYSMCA) assisting the Department of Transportation on
issues that affect the flow of commercial traffic in Manhattan. In 2005,
Mr. Chiusano chaired the NYSMCA committee that worked with the New York
State Department of Labor. The committee created Guidelines for the
Utilization of Independent Contractors (IC’s) for the messenger/courier
industry. Mr. Chiusano was inducted into the MCAA “Courier Hall of
fame” in 2009. The Courier Hall of Fame was created to honor the men and
women who founded and shaped both MCAA and the industry as a whole.
Mr. Chiusano is married, the proud father of two girls and an avid golfer.
